Awareness
Awareness When you let go of attachment, fear disappears. When you stop holding on, the suffering disappears. You discover that true peace comes not from having, but from being. Happiness isn't in getting, but in letting go. And there's nothing you can lose that you truly need to be whole.
You live in fear. Fear of failure, fear of loneliness, fear of death, fear of the unknown. You think that if you manage to keep everything under control, you can avoid suffering, but control is just an illusion. Life is uncertain and unpredictable, and the more you try to control it, the more you become a slave to your anxiety.
Fear arises from attachment. If you rely on something or someone to feel secure, you'll fear losing it. If you think your happiness lies in success, you'll fear failure. If you believe someone's love completes you, you'll fear their absence. Everything you fear losing controls you, binds you, and prevents you from living freely.
Notice how you try to control everything. You want people to be how you expect, circumstances to fit your desires, life to follow a plan you have in your mind. But reality never matches your expectations. There are always changes, unexpected events, losses. And every time something gets out of your control, you suffer.
