Awareness
Awareness If you want to wake up, you don't need to learn more; you need to unlearn. Free yourself from everything you've been told is the truth. You've built your life on a pile of illusions: that you need to be loved to be valuable, that security lies in material things, that success is synonymous with happiness. But none of this is real. They're just scripts that have turned you into a puppet.
The problem is that you don't realize you're conditioned. You follow thought patterns without questioning them. You suffer because you think things should be a certain way. You cling to what you know, even if it hurts you, because you're afraid of losing your identity. But your identity isn't real; it's a construct based on the past, on what others have said about you.
To awaken, you need to start questioning everything. Ask yourself: Why do I believe what I believe? Does this idea set me free or imprison me? Does this belief bring me closer to peace or suffering? You'll find that many of your certainties aren't your own, that you've been living according to a script written by others.
It's not an easy process. Unlearning is painful because it means dismantling the image you have of yourself. It means acknowledging that many of the things you've fought for were unnecessary, that you've been chasing shadows. But once you start letting go, you experience a lightness you've never felt before.
