The MAGA Doctrine
The MAGA Doctrine The judiciary was never meant to be a political weapon. Its purpose is to interpret the Constitution, not to rewrite it. But over time, activist judges and politically motivated courts have eroded this principle. Instead of upholding the law, many now bend it to fit progressive ideology, circumventing the will of the people through legal manipulation.
Through unelected power, judges have imposed sweeping social changes—on issues like abortion, marriage, religion in public life—without legislative debate or public consent. The courts became a backdoor for the left to enact what they couldn't achieve through democracy. They stretched vague language into mandates, overturned centuries of precedent, and redefined fundamental rights.
Restoring constitutional integrity means appointing judges who understand their role is not to create law, but to uphold it. Judges who respect original intent, individual liberty, and the limits of government. This is why the battle over the judiciary matters so deeply. It's not about partisanship—it's about whether the Constitution will mean what it says, or whatever a judge wants it to mean.
