The Lost Book of Enki
The Lost Book of Enki The Anunnaki, seeing that Earth had changed forever, decided to grant humans the right to rebuild their civilization. New cities were established, and knowledge was passed down to certain human bloodlines. However, the era of the gods’ direct rule on Earth was coming to an end.
After the devastation of the Great Flood, Earth was unrecognizable. The seas had changed their course, ancient cities lay underwater or buried beneath the mud, and the few surviving humans wandered aimlessly. However, the mission of the Anunnaki was not yet over. Humanity needed guidance once again, and the remaining gods set out to rebuild civilization—this time with a new order.
Enki and Enlil, aware that they could no longer rule openly over humans, established a system of mortal kings who would act as intermediaries between the gods and men. Thus, the first dynasties were born, with monarchs who received their legitimacy from the gods and maintained contact with them through temples and priests. Enki passed down knowledge of architecture, astronomy, mathematics, and writing to chosen individuals, ensuring that civilization would advance.
